System disk error insert system disk

when I was swapping and older psu with my current one I managed to cut some wires that for LEDs on the computer , now when I boot it up I get the message " nvidia boot failure.check cables, disk failure enter system disk and press enter" im pretty sure the wires were just for the lights , comp still starts without them

Loose wired connections will cause problems (or messages) during startup, so I am sure missing ones will have the same effect !
