Looks like a strong build to me.

What price differences do you see between the Q6600 and Q9300 CPUs?
Dabs has the Q9300 2.5Ghz  £178.43 inc vat    Q6600  £146.66 inc vat

I have read the overclocking capabilities of the Q6600 are better because they have a higher multiplicator (Q9300 = 7.5x fsb and Q6600 is 9x fsb)
This means you can reach a higher speed at lower fsb.

I think the extra % (not overclocked) is not worth the extra money.
