Customizing forceware clocks

Hi here are my clocks and problems :
Videocard - GF 9500 M GS (512MB)

Performance 3D - 475/950/400 (core,shader,memory) - fine, dont want to customize
low power 3D - 275/550/200 - i want to customize but for unknown reason I cant (slider bar wont move)
standart 2D - I changed values from 169/338/100 to 255/510/150, but I want even more but I cant :O why? Is it risk? Or is another tool required?
I overclock standart 2D because I want laptop to be silent and perform quite well.

What software are you using - anyone familiar with it could give you a hand...

You are using a laptop however, it could just be the options are locked ? maybe ? anyone want to add anything on that ?

I use Riva Tuner
I managed to customize low power 3d (one registry entry)
still nothing new about standart 2D
