I have a dell dimension c521, xp srv pk 3 and updated, run all antivirus and malware programs, found nothing
It will see and scan the dvd ok but then has a yellow exclamation under device manager. I have tried uninstalling and reinstaling the driver. I have tried an external dvd usb that does the same thing. the machine will locate and scan the drives ok, but not funtioning.
the drive and the external do function, is there some reason the drivers do not load? or maybe does the driver need to be replaced somehow?
I have tried updating and removing and it still does the same thing. unsure exactly what to do. Please inform
