R140135 does not add blueooth to control panel

Hi,

I have Dell m1530 and after reinstalling Windows Vista SP2 Bluetooth does no sho in Control Panel. Patch R140135 does not include the driver and Bluetooth icon still does not show in Control Panel. In addiion (Fn + F2) does not work.

In control panel, switch to classic view and see if it appears.
