I've come for some advice I mostly use my computer for Photoshop (largely Image retouching and coloring of high resolution photos) I run dual monitors and also game a bit. My current computer just fried its mother board and I figure I might as well build a whole new computer as its 5 years old . So my question is would this config be a good fit for me or should I go a different route? I can afford to go a bit higher up to 1500 or even a bit more if it will last a year or two more. Also I might be getting a Wacom CINTIQ in a few months so if I need anything special for a triple of quad monitor system a push in the right direction would be great.

If you doing image editing, the ATI cards will give you better colors, plus they are cheaper then nvidia (generally) and you don't lose much FPS in games.
Secondly, ditch the PCP&C Crossfire/Corsair PS and instead get the PCP&C 750 Quad. Its mail in rebate brings it to 119.99.
I've never really used mushkin for RAM, I generally stick to Corsair and Crucial.
You also might want to look at the Asus and DFI boards. I've never used the EVGA boards, so I'm not too sure of their reliability.
