hello, i have GIGABYTE P35 DS3L mobo,
yesturday when i turned my pc on, the HDD LED was on for the whole time, it is not 100% bright, but i can tell it has little power , it is flashing slightly, i unplugged all my hdds but it was on. what is going on?
i have checked cords on the mobo that is connected to the LED

If you boot with all the drives removed and the HD light is on then I would blame the mobo. I would default the mobo by shorting the pins and boot again with no HDs to see if that clears it.

I'm assuming that this has been working for a while and then failed, and the HD LED has a dedicated pair of wires to the mobo header.

i never touched those wires since i have built my computer. and it has been working fine,

power LED is connected too

can sudden power off shock the mobo?
because few days before i accidently pushed off on that power spreader( forgot what its called) with my foot, which i use it for my pc, LCD, External HDD printer.
