I'm mulling over buying one currently, as I'm experiencing some stiffness and occasional pain in my mouse hand. A good mouse seems like a good buy if it is comfortable. Some of your thoughts would be appreciated!
Ya, at work, we have 100's of people who use them. It is comfortable, easy to get used to, and the software is designed to help with ergonomics, i.e, auto click,...
Drivers are stable, mice last a long time. They are expensive, but to fight off carpel tunnel it is worth while.

Thanks for the reply. I'm currently trying to find a store near me that sells them, so I can get a good look and feel of it. If that fails, I'll just buy it direct. The theory behind the thing seems pretty sound, so I don't think I'm going to regret my decision!
It's nice to see that it's popular. Mentioning work got me wondering what other popular ergonomic mice people use there. Anything you might recommend over the evoluent?
