Then your Graphics card does not support , eg, shading, which the game you are playing requires. Search for minimum requirements for the game to see what card is recommended. In general, however, video cards in laptops are not feasible to replace or upgrade because they are integrated into the MOBO. There are exceptions, like DELL XPs systems.
