When i start my computer command prompt appears

Command prompt flashes and disappears automatically in a second.
This happens when i start computer and also when i am working on something
It happens after every time interval

You probably have an application that is doing some type of update, which causes the dos box to appear and disappear as it runs. One way to track it down is to disable a startup item; if box still appears, disable another til you see what is causing it.
