hello

i am intrested in upgrading to a Gigabyte GA-EX38-DS4 but i would also like to use my current zalman CNPS 9500 cooler. please can anyone tell me if it will fit on this board as i am worried that the north bridge heat sink will hit it.

I'm not sure how useful this is, but I googled and found a user review of the board at overclockers UK. The review said that he had "no probs installing Zalman 9500 Led". Here's the link.
