I have a gigabyte motherboard (GA-M750SLI-DS4).I have a corsair 550 PSU.It has the option for a 4 pin or 8 pin atx.My motherboard has a 8 pin.My question is, do i use the 4 or the 8 pin? And if not, when do i use the 8 pin?

ON the 24 pin atx main power connector...........do i use the 20 or the 24 pin?
