ugh. I am getting this error STILL. I tried diver cleaner and safe mode swap with XP and it didn't work. I tried reinstalling to Vista Ultimate 64 and it didn't work. I am noticing my temp on my card is at 52 celcius at idle and more while gaming. I don't know if that is acceptable.

I am running this system:

Abit ip35 pro off limits
1.86 core 2 duo clocked to 3.0 (tested with prime95)
2 gigs of ocz platinum
gigabyte 8800 gt oc (factory overclocked)
IDE seagate HD
Sound Blaster Audigy SE

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I am about tempted to give up on PC's altogether forever. I am a Mac that works beautifully but I can't game on it. I think it's time for a ps3 and an HD TV because windows is just plain on ridiculous. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE someone help me before I hurt someone or something...

Matt
