K so i got the E7200 and the XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 + retention bracket + Tuniq TX-2 paste.
I returned my gigabyte EP35-DSRL because i realized it was crappy for many reason besides the fact that it doesn't overclock well or work out of the box with the 45nm. So i RMA'd but i need to choose a replacement board i've narrowed it down between 3 and i do plan on overclocking. Please help me decided because my E7200 and 4850 are sitting their boxes waiting to be used.

I'd go for the DFI if overclocking is your main concern. I once called a number on their website about getting a backplate for an open box board, and they offered to send me one free.

I'd go with the Gigabyte P35-DS3L.

The DFI is good, but unless you need the raid or other features of the DSI, the Gigabyte will do you just fine for less money.
