Window vista ethernet controller driver

Hello,
windows vista was rebuild by backing up my data then installd DVD to reload the Operating system and yet I am having issues connecting to the router. I tried the ethernet but it is asking to download the driver. I CANNOT AS I CANNOT GET INTERNET ACCESS. please help

Use a computer that has Internet Access, and download what you need to a flash drive, then install from it to the computer having problems.
