Hi, I read that the Apple Macpro has dual FSB - does this mean DDR2 or what? - really cant get my head around the north bridge/ fsb/ mobo/ ram mghz considerations - the q9550 I'm getting supports 1333 ghz fsb and is compatible with a DDR2 mobo, so i buy a mobo with DDR2 but does that mean its got dual fsb's, do you need a memory controller for DDR2 or dual channel or are they the same? I'm going to run 8gig 800mghz (Vista64), whats the best way to set all this up?? Is there a kind of bus I need to make sure is on my mobo, should the ram be 1333mhz, any points in the right direction here would be much appreciated....: ) I'm just after optimal setup with the q9550, couldnt care less about cost of setting up best rig using q9550 as the base : )

The dual FSB is a Intel Xeon processor technology that allows it to run 2 procesors and allows them to access each others memory. Stand for all dual socket systems from Intel.
