Has anyone used Gigabyte's GA-P45- DS3L / DS3R boards?

They are priced the same as P35 but I'm quite hesistant to buy it without hearing about people's experiences with this board.. has anyone OCed this board?

Is there anything known to be better / bug fixed in this board than the P35 series? Any new bugs?

Any advice on picking between P45 (with no reviews anywhere) and a P35 for a Q6600 chip? Want to OC to 3.0 Ghz.
