I'm Looking for a XFire capable Mobo, I have an intel C2D so it must be intel also.

My budget if of around $100, but I can definately NOT exceed $150.

Thanks

*4GB DDR2 800 (1GBx4)
*VisionTek Radeon HD4850

With a $225 motherboard (x38 or x48) you will get excellent results. With a cheaper one your second HD4850 will be partially wasted.

I normally don't recommend open box items, but if your budget is that strict and you're willing to try it, get this one:

DFI LP LT X38-T2R LGA 775 Intel X38, $150

(or you can get it new for $185+8 shipping)

or an open box GA-X48-DS4 for $170:

Edit: try to get 2x2GB RAM, not 4x1GB. As for the motherboard, shop around or wait for a sale.
