Dvd/cd-rw drive

my dvd/cd-rw drive cannot detect any of the cd-rw in burning a certain file, even i inserted it in the drive.............and i've been uninstalling and installing the nero burner and other burner.....it the 3rd burner i install and uninstall the others................wat to do guys? please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just to be clear: you've tried using two other burners before this one? Know that nowadays, some DVD burners are not capable of burning to CDs. What drive are you using now in any case?
