What's best mobo for a E8400 for the money

I'm trying to figure out the best mobo for the omney for an E8400, I was thinking a p35 of some kind but dont know which brand or model no. (I dont want to upgrade in future etc, just want a solid mobo that will properly support the E8400, a 9600GT, a Western Digital 6400AAKS SATAII-3gb/s HDD (16MB, 7200rpm) at a good price -would prefer a intel or gigabyte as I trust those brands), any suggestions....
