Boot settings

can some one give me boot settings for 10"webbook

I think this guy is having the same issue as me. I cannot seem to access the bios in order to change the boot priority. Need to boot from a liveCD(memory stick) to reset a user account password.
It's for the Vodafone Webbook,model:ON9
