please help!!!!! 4gb ram for new build

hi im building a new system and i was wondering what would be the best ram for my build my system is

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 Quad Core Processor

ASUS P5N-T DELUXE SKT775 NVIDIA NF780I SLI

EVGA E-GEFORCE 9800GTX Superclocked

and soo i was wondering what the best ram would be i would like to get the most frames as i can but then again who dosent lol ok welll thanks for reading my question and thanks for any help

are you planning to sli? If not I wouldn't recommend going with that mobo, you would be better off with a P45 or X38/X48 chipset.

um i dont plan on sli right now
but i might go for the gtx 280

You would get a gtx 280 even after reading the reviews of th HD 4870?

A 2x2 gig ram setup would probably be best for your computer. OCZ, Mushkin, Corsair, G.Skill and Giel are popular and dependable, with a few others as well. Look to the top ram companies and then shop for price and good timings. I've personally used both Corsair and OCZ with success.
