i have started using computer yet now idon't know how to create my account because i have downloaded ms office and it cannot run without administrator.i know i have to use control pannel but it did not give me the option of name.

Errrr... it would be best to call the owner of the computer you're using (the IT admin guy if you're at the office or some relative if you're at home) and get him or her to explain the concept of user accounts to you. And, not to mention, install MS office. Be sure to understand everything that's going on, so that you know what to do next time.
