CPU Fan Control on gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3

Is there a way to get this motherboard to control the CPU fan so it is not always full speed if not needed? I have messed with some BIOS settings to no avail. Any help appreciated.

There si a program called speed fan which can be found at: http://almico.com/speedfan.php

This will allow you to control fan speeds for not only the processor fan, but any other fan in your system that is attached to a controlled port on your mother board or other device (video cards mainly).
