What's the difference and does difference of money worth to buy a EVGA?

Warranty, and when you sell your card to someone, they get a warranty also, plus its not asus, that worth alot in my opinion.

Okay so the only thing that makes EVGA better is the fact that it is not a ASUS product and that you have a lifetime warranty.... nothing more?

Most brands of video cards nowadays really don't differ too much from one another. They do differ greatly with quality of tech support and warranty limitations. I would choose accordingly.

I agree.

There are a few brands that modify the reference cards a bit with different ports and more memory. I prefer it when they install a better than stock cooler. Especially for the cards with single slot coolers, ie 9600Gt and 8800Gt.
