I will be buying the Sony 50" LCD projection TV soon and have concerns that
the salesmen all push the extended warranty. My last CRT has lasted 20 years
with no problems. They all say the bulb in these units is easily replace
after 3000 hours..so why should I spend $450 for the 5 year warranty? Is LCD
projection potentially that unreliable?
