Never overclocked anything. Where to start?

Hello I know you can overclock processors ram and video cards and I think motherboards but where do i start?

Google is your friend.

Invest in a good aftermarket heatsink. I do not see one listed.

First get your system stable at stock speeds. Look for a general guide about OC'ing Intel C2D's and C2Q's. Then look for specific guides about OC'ing nVidia 700 series motherboards and Intel Q9XXX CPU's.

Read. Study. Ponder. Once you have a general idea of what is going on, ask specific questions.
