Hi this system will mainly be used for counter strike.

Will these be compatible? Which CPU cooler would be best and fit the Antec case?
Which memory would be best for this motherboard?

What are your overall overclocking objectives? Also please mention the monitor size / resolution for that 8800GTS video card.

The difference between the 2 RAM choices will be very slight - probably not worth the price difference
when a slight CPU & GPU overclock would have a larger performance increase.

I couldnt find any reviews of the Asus V-60 cooler. It was the shortest of the 3 you listed @ 118MM tall. HDT-1283=159mm ZR Nv120=148mm
All will fit in the 900 and on the motherboard.

The Xigmatek is an excellent cooler. Get a PC Power and Cooling 610, very reliable and the same price. The E8400 is a great OCer and the DS3L is a solid board, there are better overclockers. Got my E8400 to 3.6 without any volt increase.

I have never overclocked but will read up on it. We have a 22" Samsung monitor.
Any ideas on memory?

Go with the XIGMATEK Cooler. It's the cheapest of the bunch and probably the best.
A Corsair 650W costs $90 from newegg.com

Since you're going for a single graphics card system it's more than enough.
The 750W model costs $120.
(Gigabyte recommends a 450W PSU for a 9800GTX and 580W for 9800GX2).

Nothing beats Corsair PSUs for value these days.

The 8800GTS and a 22" LCD are a good match.
It's not necessary to overclock the E8400 but CS:S gets a boost with a higher clocked CPU.
One of the smaller CPU coolers will do just fine 92mm CPU cooler

The Corsair 450VX PSU should be plenty of power for the parts you've listed so far.
Go with the Geil RAM you listed or the Mushkin RAM Andrius listed would also be a good choice.
