Q6600 v Q8200 v Q9400 - Bang for Buck

I'm just making sure that I get a really good base opinion.... thanks to everyone who's already commented

Q6600 @ $190
Q9400 @ $230

which one will give me the best bang for buck when I decided to OC?

The q9400 may be 45nm however i belive it only has 6mb of cache and is 40 dollars more. Seeing my Q6600 at 3.7 ghz on air 100% stable id go for the q6600 as it also has a wider range of being supported in intel motherboards
