My USB2 ports aren't working, but the USB1 ports in the back are.

A few days ago, the USB2 ports at the front of my computer stopped working. The USB1 ports at the back still work. The USB2 ports are actually part of a set of other connectors such as headphone and microphone ports. The thing is, those other ports work. Is there anything I can do?

Device Manager > Expand USB Controller - For each USB Root Hub:
Right click > Properties > Power Management.
Uncheck the box "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Unplug usb device and re-insert.

Sorry. That doesn't work. The option wasn't checked to begin with. For any of them even. If it helps, this is what shows up in my device manager:

I'm assuming the 2 in the red box are my USB2 ports.
