i have used both and i like the PC&power ones better. they are more simple and a little louder but they are very dependable and give you more power than they are rated for. Because they are so efficent. They have gave me a lot of good service. Will never use anything but these.

The PC P&C Silencer series is built by Seasonic which is the same company that builds our TX-650 to our specifications. With 2 quality units this close in specifications, I'd suggest you go with brand loyalty or possibly price as the deciding factor.

Go with the PC Power and Cooling, they are slightly more stable, about the same price, and are all individually tested before you receive them to ensure no DOAs and cut down on the limited possibility of a faulty PSU in general. Also, it looks sexy in the crossfire edition red!

LOL...I tried to find a db rating on this PSU at the PC P&C website. But, all I can find is some page trying to explain why a faster spinning 80mm fan is more quiet than a slower spinning 120mm ???
