Appcrash in Vista from winmgmt.exe

Hello,
I get host process crashes and excessive memory usage from SVCHOST.EXE. I narrowed down the specific process to winmgmt.exe using the tasklist command and noticing the common PID usage after multiple crashes.

Here's a sample of the event logger:
Problem event name: APPCRASH
App Name: svchost.exe
App Version: 6.0.6001.18000
Fault Module Name: StackHash_6b59
Fault Module Version: 6.0.6002.18541
Exception Code: c0000374
Exception Offset: 000b06b7
OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3

There was some jumk in the additional info also but I ddin't want to post it unless someone thinks its valuable.
