Intel P4 - Silent HS

Hi,
I'm not looking to overclock my cpu, just looking to significantly silence computer, compared to the intel stock cooler. If it gets better temperatures than the stock cooler, if not never mind, as long as it's silent.
I'm looking for something silent and cheap.

These are my cpu specs:

I've been looking at the Arctic Cooling ALPINE 7, it's about 10€ here.
So whats my best option?

BTW: Would i gain anything from overclocking my cpu? Is it worth overclocking?

if you overclock, you can expect your programs to run faster in general... thats all the gain i needed.

My main question was which HS can i get to make my computer more silent.

And when i asked what i would gain from overclocking my cpu is it is worth, because i guess if i overclock it 100 or 200 Mhz the final result might not even be worth the efort.
I want to know if anyone knows if this cpu can be significantly overclocked.

Get a DHT based (ie S1283) and replace stock fans with Yate Loon or Scyth fans.

that's way off my budget i'm looking for something no more than 15$-20$

that alpine 7 looks small for OCing you should look for something bigger and taller for nice cool temps. i dont know what you have available over there, but point out another one and we can tell you weather its adiquate.
