Chinese news broadcasts

so... i play league of legends. whenever i launch it, a virus activates that infects my windows explorer, and it pretty much plays a chinese news broadcast and a lot of Romney campaign adds. its only sound, not visual. is there a way to get rid of it, it causes lag, and i just end process on my explorer.exe..

run anti virus scan (hopefully you have one) and malware scans. If you can find the name (task manager) do an internet search for removal or manual removal of the infection.

NOTE: the infection may have come from the download of the game.
