Jul 7, 2008, 9:30 AM
I have a ASUS P5N32-E SLI Motherboard (680i) which is capable of taking up to 8gig memory. Can I deploy ddr2 memory with 1066mhz or even DDR3 1333mhz memory??

You would you want 8 gb of RAM? You can't use DDR3. Get good quality ddr2-800 ram, any higher rated ram like 1066 is just overclocked 800 anyway

If your use 4G of ram or more you need a 64 bit OS first, you can get DDR2 800 ram fairly cheap now.
