Need internet security on both hdd's?

I have Vista on one hdd and running Win7 on another hdd. Do I need antivirus on both hdd's? If so, can I install my AVG on both hdd's using different OS's and still use the same cd key? Thanks in advance

to completely protect your self you should install avg on both hard drives because of real time protection.
the best way to find whether or not you need a new license for AVG would be to contact AVG directly, they also have a free version which you could use on the drive that gets used less,
in other words if you only play with win7 just get a free copy, but if you rely on both contact AVG about license restrictions.
