Will the Radeon HD 6670 graphics card work in my computer?

Hello,
i have been wanting a new graphics card for a while and thought the Radeon HD 6670 might work, i have a INSPIRON 531s with a NVIDIA GeForce 6150se Nforce 430 in it currently and it says that i need a PCI express port for the Radeon. does anyone know if my computer is capable of have the Radeon in stead of the NVIDIA?
