where does the data goes after we have deleted from recycle bin

Nowhere, Windows simply removes any reference to it so the space can be reclaimed by whatever writes there next. It's not really "gone" until the space it consumed gets overwritten by something else.

You should be able to recover what was deleted as long as it hasn't been overwritten by something else.

Or the directory entry hasn't been overwritten.
