Hello,SIR install win xp on p3 machine but all-ready install win98 so i want dual booting on system
and RAM only 128 MB it can possible here dual boot.

It's possible, make sure you have enough hard drive space, and you really need to get RAM up to 512 or even 1gig for XP to run with any kind of usable speed. With 128 mb of RAM, I'm thinking the rest of your PC is slow and will make using XP pretty much unbearable.
