Newbie to OC

I have an hp pc (a6050e pavilion) with an AMD X2 3600 processor, with 4 gb of 800 mhz ddr2 ram, and Asus M2N68-LA ( Narra-GL8E) motherboard. I want to know can I overclock my processor to 2.5 ghz stablely. If, I can what are the main tips and things to look out for?

Probably not, because OEM MBs normally don't have many settings accessible in the BIOS. For OC advice, check out the excellent OC guides in the forum stickies.
