Overclocking a QX9770 above 4 ghz is hard but if you have one hell of a cpu cooler like a Coolit Freezone Boreas and by putting alot a juice in that beast maybe you can the 11th multiplier

My experience with this type of cpu was with an Alienware Area-51 ALX watercooled and once have hit 4 ghz it was hard to keep it stable in prime 95 because of the intense heat generated by the cpu.... but the watercooling system offered by alienware was really cheap !!!!!!

But i have to say that having this system in my house for 4 weeks for a tripple SLI Geforce 280's was awesome !!!! and it was hard to give it back to the office !!!
