Here is the summary of my

MoBo: Gigabyte p35-ds3p rev 1.1
CPU: E6750
Cooling: ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro
RAM: 4*1GB Crucial Ballistix
OS: Vista home premium SP1

I did the OC 1 and half year ago, setting the FSB at 400 to get E6750@3.2GHz, memory setting is 4-4-4-12@1.9v 800MHz. with the bios version F8

10 days ago, I found that both in windows and cpuz, it shows the cpu and memory ran back to 333MHz. However, it still show correct setting in the bios. I updated the bios to the newest F11 or even F12b version. The problem continues. Whatever you set in bios, it runs at 333MHz*8 and memory runs at 333mHz too

I do not know what is going on here. any help is appreciated.

Could you post screen shots of your BIOS settings and of the CPU-Z and Coretemp screens?

Well, with your screen shots, it appears you have DDR2-800 4-4-4-12 Ram (that should be 2.0v) as per Crucial's web site.

Bump up your Ram voltage to +.02, lower your FSB strap to 2.0 (1:1) so it runs at 800 Mhz, and up your vcore a couple of notches. You should be good to go.
