Anyone see any issues with adding a 9800 gtx to this motherboard? (Prob a stupid question but just wanted to be sure)

Yes, the card is backwards compatible down to PCIe 1.1. Any newer motherboard should work fine, and PCIe 2.0's bandwidth can't be utilized yet so there's no performance differences.
