How to resolve WAN Miniport driver conflicts

I did help as I cannot pick up my BT Emails through Windows Mail, as the message connecting through WAN Miniport (PPPOE). I know this is a dial-up problem, but I am on broadband.

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

In Windows Mail's Tools>Accounts menu, there should be a Connection tab in which you choose how the programme gets access to the Net to download your e-mail. Tick the box that refers to your LAN or local area network and click Apply and OK. That should resolve the issue.
