Switched from cox to ATT Uverse. Had 5 mbps on Cox now 1200 Kbps on ATT. The MB is ASUS P4G8X Delux w Broadcom Gigabit lan and XP home SP3. The tech's laptop shows 6 mbps on same cable. Anyone have any ideas?

modem problem..
let me tell you.. i was working for AT&T and it really sux, most people wouldn't change from cox to at&t. if i were you.. go back to cox or at least get cable, btw i have 30-40 MB/s

Thanks for the info. Everybody I know is switching to ATT for price and better picture. Anyone else got any ideas?
