Missing file

Hello,
I ran Advanced System Care on the stupid computer. Now Windows won't load. Says following file is missing or corrupt: <Windows root> system32\ntoskrnl.exe
So how do I fix this? Restore won't load up either.

Boot from your XP CD and choose the "Repair" option.
