Again, I am definitely open for any final tweaks to these components. I just want the best and most powerful combos I can get for $2300. I mostly use my computer for gaming. I would say 90% of the time. I want to play Age of Conan and maybe some of the lastest FPS games. I just want to finally be able to use a games fullest graphical potential. I think I can accomplish that with $2,300.
Perfect setup tbh. Although if I was you i'd change the HDD to a 500GB Seagate 7200.11 as it's faster. I'd also change the mouse to a wired one, especially if you are an FPS gamer like me.
Thanks for the responses guys. I was thinking of waiting for the ATI to come out to see what I could get then? Any idea when they do plan to come out?
As far as the mouse, I am really on the fence about wired or wireless. Both sides has their pros and cons. I think that will definitely be a last minute descision.
As far as the HD, I just heard that this was a pretty tough HD. I am totally open to suggestions. I just want something solid, because eventually, this HD will be my storage drive and I will be getting one of the VelociRaptors for my main HD for all of my exectuable files.
