I have a case - Kingwin Mutant X and i want to connect the front audio/mic connections to my motherboard which is a XFX 630i. I need some help because i heard if you fail it can damage the motherboard.

Up above is a picture of my motherboardmanual diagram to plug in the audio connectors. the ones on the case are named differently so its a bit confusing.

These are the wires I have in my case:
MIC IN
MIC BIAS
Return L
Return R
GND
SpkrOUT L
SpkrOUT R

So my question is which ones would go where? Ill appreciate anyones and everyones help.

Your case is AC 97

MIC IN = MIC
MIC BIAS = MIC PWR
Return L = None
Return R = none
GND = GND
SpkrOUT L = Line out (L)
SpkrOUT R = Line out (R)

You might have to set the setting in Bios to AC 97 for it to work. I use mostly Asus and they are default on HD Audio.
