Mild Ocerclocking Help!(noob)

Okay so i just built my first PC and it's running like a dream. But I wanna push the CPU a bit higher (nothing extreme)..atm
I have a Core i/ 920 @2.67 Ghz, and i just wanna get it up to about 3.0Ghz ~ 3.2Ghz. I've been trying to follow some guides, but they all look so advances with all these diffrent voltages and DRAM and stuff, and all of em are looking to achieve like 3.8Ghz +and i don't want that..So my quesstion is, can anyone please tell me how to overclock my 920?step by step and detailed descripion about all the settings i have to change?

Heres my hardware, if its necessary
Core 920 @ 2.67 Ghz
Asus P6T Deluxe
2x3GB corsair Tri channel 1600Mhz
Nexus FLC-3000 cpu cooler
asus 4870x2

Ok, so i changed my Bclk to 140 and disabled the speed step (what is it and how will it affect my cpu?) I ddin't touch anything else, it seems to working fine at 2.8Ghz

If I go up to 3.2 Ghz, will i have to change the CPU Voltage and the DRAM Bus Voltage? And can i do so by only changing the Bclk to 160?
