Hello,
I am trying to fix my print spooler. I was told "in the run program" to type in services msc. However when I do. No window opens. Its as if everything having to do with the spooler is gone from my computer.

You should have typed

services.msc

The full stop, and lack of space, is essential.

If that command doesn't open, go to
start-->control panel-->administrative tools-->services-->your print spooler service will be listed there. I assume that's what you're going there for?

Have you checked the print queue to see if it's got documents with errors in it?
